Effective October 3, 2026
This policy covers the private QuickBooks Online integration ("the App") operated by Reinforced Events (Daniel Koster, St. Petersburg, Florida). The App is used only internally by Reinforced Events to manage its own bookkeeping. It is not offered to the public or to other QuickBooks users.
With the account owner's authorization through Intuit's OAuth sign-in, the App reads and updates accounting records in the Reinforced Events QuickBooks Online company, such as customers, invoices, payments, expenses, accounts, and reports.
Data is used only to keep Reinforced Events' own books accurate and up to date, for example categorizing transactions, tracking receivables, and preparing financial summaries for the business owner. Data is never sold, rented, shared for advertising, or disclosed to third parties, except as required by law.
OAuth tokens are stored encrypted or in access-restricted files on systems controlled by the business owner, located in the United States. Access is limited to the business owner and the tools he authorizes. Data is kept only as long as needed for bookkeeping and tax purposes.
Access can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the App in QuickBooks Online (Settings > Apps) or in the Intuit Developer portal. Once access is revoked, the App can no longer access QuickBooks data.
